Our Mad Hatter Tea Co Chai is made in-house with a good old-fashioned mortar and pestle. The highest quality range of exotic spices combined with a delicious loose leaf aromatic tea, all finished off with local honey to create a sweet, spicy and alluring Masala Chai.
Recipe
1. Top 23g Chai leaves with 100mL boiling water
2. Steep 2-3 mins
3. Add 250ml hot milk
